Casa Mia, a Dream Spot With Heated Pool

Casa Mia is a modern and very affordable house with just one floor. It has a heated pool and outdoor shower, where there is also a barbecue. The house is cozy, quiet, comfortable, bright and the outside is very pleasant.
The house is located in Arco da Calheta, in the west of Madeira, and nearby there are several minimarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. It is close to beautiful landscapes with superb views, the beach, art and culture.
The space
Our house has a fully equipped modern kitchen including induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and lots of kitchen utensils such as cutlery, pans, glasses and crockery. The living room has a plasma TV, with some international channels. The property also has a parking space for at least two cars. We have a washing machine and also a dishwasher. Wi-Fi is free and is also provided at the property.
Outside the property there is a private heated pool, hot and cold shower and barbecue area. Additional outdoor seating is available, along with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The house is surrounded by gardens.
Guest access
The house is private and fully available to guests.
Other things to keep in mind
Pool heating has an additional cost of €50 per week, paid in cash at check-in. The service must be requested at least 36 hours before the stay.

If the guest wishes to have cleaning done during their stay, they must request it for an additional cost of €50, paid in cash when the service is provided.
